Return Policies
Store Return Policy
The gallery will accept returns of merchandise for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks from date of purchase. All merchandise leaves the gallery intact. The gallery is not responsible for any damage or breakage in transport, excluding items the gallery ships.
Webstore Return Policy
The gallery will accept returns of merchandise, excluding work that was "Made Upon Order," purchased at the gallery webstore for exchange, store credit, or credit back to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of the delivery date. Delivery date: the date the item is received from the gallery via USPS or UPS. All merchandise leaves the gallery intact.
Holiday 2010 Return Policy
The gallery will accept returns on purchases made between November 1, 2010 and December 25, 2010, through December 31, 2010. All merchandise leaves the gallery intact. The gallery is not responsible for any damage or breakage in transport, excluding items the gallery ships.

*Artist works that are “Made Upon Order” may not be returned.
Work being shipped outside of the continental U.S. is not returnable.
How to Return Artwork
Here is the simple process for returning an item:
- Contact the gallery by either calling 1.877.389.3375 (toll free) or e-mailing us at finearts@theevergreengallery.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and to obtain return instructions.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
- Ship item(s) to the address provided to you by a gallery representative.
- Insure item to its full value when shipping.
We ask that your return item(s) be shipped back in the original packing materials and container, and that you insure the work to its full value. We recommend you use UPS or FedEx.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, The Evergreen Gallery will pay the return-shipping costs.
Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of the gallery receiving your return. You will be credited for the price of the artwork. We do not credit the shipping and handling costs unless a mistake in shipping was made on our part. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. Artwork Damaged in Transit
For all items shipped from the Gallery: if your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us toll free 1.877.389.3375 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
